As a family owned and operated manufactured housing community we offer a level of service and support not experienced at the “corporate” mobile home parks. It starts with the subdivision style setting throughout much of the park. Our hands on approach allows us to address problems quickly and make decisions to benefit the entire community. In the last few years we began decoration contests for the 4th of July, Halloween, Christmas and an annual Landscape Contest. Thanks to the efforts of the Pineview Homeowners Association and Pineview Neighborhood Watch Group, we have given thousands back to hard working home owners and even renters that show great pride in their homes.

Manufactured Homes

Pineview Estates is a large manufactured housing community built in the early 1980's. With over 1,000 lots, Pineview is able to create a true sense of home and family within the community. As a family owned and operated manufactured housing park, you will see many differences from they stereotypical mobile home park. First, you will notice that most of the homes face the street in subdivision style. They are vinyl sided, shingle roofs, not the old metal on metal mobile homes you may be familiar with. The walls on these manufactured homes are typically 6" thick and built with heavy insulation to weather the harsh Michigan winters.
