Pineview Estates Community – a Family Operation
Pineview Estates began in 1984 on a couple hundred acres of land that Tom Joubran invested in. Tom eventually build 1011 lots in Pineview Estates, the size of a small city. Tom had an eye on the future as he developed the community and contrary to typical practice at the time, he poured most of the slabs parallel to the roads, subdivision style. Pineview has been a leader in selling manufactured housing and continues to thrive, while other communities are going bankrupt or changing ownership.
We take great pride in being family owned and operated. You can meet three generations of Joubran’s in the office. Tom isn’t as active as in the past, at age 86, his son Mike runs day to day operations with the help of his son Thomas and also JJ. The family take great pains to keep residents happy and attract new residents to the community.

Checks are made payable to Universal Utilities with your account number on the bottom of the check.
Checks are to be dropped in the main office drop box in the front.

Saturday, May 25th, pool party and pool opening if weather permits 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
Friday, July 19, 20 & 21st neighborhood garage sales, starts at 9:00 am to whenever
Sunday, August 4th, Pineview festival, car and craft show, starts at 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday, October 26th Halloween Party starts 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday, November 9th food drive, not sure of the time
Wednesday, December 18th Santa at club house from 6:00pm to 8:00 pm
