Pine View Estates

The Neighborhood Watch meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month in the Pineview Clubhouse. The Homeowners Association meets the first Thursday April through October at 441 Catalpa Ct. To be a member of the Homeowners Association there is a $12.00 annual fee. This past holiday season the Homeowners Association purchased and delivered two complete Thanksgiving dinners to needy residents of Pineview. The Neighborhood Watch sponsored a food drive here in the community and enough foods was donated to furnish four more complete dinners to needy familiies here in Pineview.
