More than just a home, a community.

Pineview Estates homeowners take pride in ownership and come together to build a community. It helps that Pineview is family owned and operated. With the owners accessable and responsive it is motivating for the residents.

One example of how the community comes together is in three contests that are held annually. There is a landscaping contest in the spring, Halloween decorating contest and then a Christmas light contest.  Members of the Pineview Homeowners Association judge the contests and Pineview puts up a motivating prize.

Two organizations are available for homeowners to get involved in, the Homeowners Association and the Neighborhood Watch Group.

The groups help keep the community clean and safe. The neighborhood watch monitors bus stops and activly communicates with Pineview security. An annual festival is organized and hosted by the groups that includes a craft show, games, food and a car show. By working together we form a strong and vibrant community.
