Pineview Estates is a large manufactured housing community built in the early 1980's. Built on over 300 acres, with over 1,000 lots, Pineview is able to create a true sense of home and family within the community. As a family owned and operated manufactured housing park, you will see many differences from they stereotypical mobile home park. First, you will notice that most of the homes face the street in subdivision style. They are vinyl sided, shingle roofs, not the old metal on metal mobile homes you may be familiar with. The walls on these manufactured homes are typically 6" thick and built with heavy insulation to weather the harsh Michigan winters.
